Need Help Finding the Perfect Reception Venue

I'm searching for a venue in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to hold only my reception.  I am on a budget so I am looking for a place that does not have huge (or any) food and beverage minimums.  I would like to find somewhere with a lofty/warehouse feel that allows you to use your own vendors and bring in your own alcohol.   Help!  I feel like I have searched everywhere and haven't found that perfect place yet.

we'll be using the plaza arts center in downtown carrollton (belt line/35). 2700 includes a cop and a bartender and you can bring your own food and alcohol. simple space that you can do alot with.

Celebrations Event Center in Plano allows outside food and alcohol. We looked at it but after getting quotes on renting plates, flatware, glassware, etc it's cheaper for me to use an all inclusive venue with catering that already has all that stuff. But we are having a lot of guests, so that's why.
