Bradley Pavillion / Sazama's Fine Catering?

Hi all! Has anyone booked or been to a wedding at the Bradley Pavillion at the PAC in Milwaukee? What were your impressions?

And I noticed a few posts referring to Saz's Catering, in general were you happy with the service, food, and value for your money? Thanks!

We're having our wedding there in September. I love the location, the hardwood floors, and the river view. We were originally booked with the previous caterer for the Marcus Center, so my opinion of Sazama's isn't completely defined yet.

We've had our tasting with Sazama's and we liked the food, we know nothing about what kind of service to expect, and we're defiantly not 100% convinced on the value part yet.  In my opinion, I think their food is priced reasonably with respect to the quality of the meals they serve, but their alcohol is far too expensive.

We've been considering using Saz's for our caterer.  We have yet to do a tasting though.  I've heard from several friends that Saz's service isn't that great and I had a friend tell me that the food served at a wedding she attended tasted like it was made the day before.  So that really frightened me a bit.  Their prices are good, but sometimes you have to pay a little bit more per person in order to get the best service and food.
