I love the look of this Pnina Tornai dress and would like to find a similar one that is less expensive. I haven't been able to find any other similar dresses.

What I did was look at the images and click on ones that looked similar. You could also look at the preowned dress website linked in that Google search? Maybe they'll have similar ones. 

Beware: I don't know about the quality, legitimacy, or worth-it-ness of ANY of the websites, having not explored further than Google's first page of results + the Images page. Soooo all of the results could be The Shit, or they could just be shit. Results may vary.

I have seen that dress on Say Yes to the Dress.  I think the shrug is just an add on for the fashion show and not actually a part of the dress.  But I would take that picture with you when you go shopping and say that you like the look of this dress.  Basically what you want is a "crazy" skirt and a fitted bodice.  That should be pretty easy to find.

@shrekspeare - I don't believe it is taffeta, I think it is more of a satin.
