Sometimes I hate that FI works from home

I walk in the door today and the house is a mess. It looks like he tried to do some more unpacking but just took the shit out of the boxes and left it there. To add to that he isn't here. There was a note on the counter about going out with his brother. I can't believe he left this huge mess.

Usually, I get up earlier.  now that I'm home studying, I sleep until around the time Fi leaves the house.  Lately I've been waking up with his wet towels from the shower on top of me.  He throws them on the bed and forgets I'm under there!  Gross.

H has the ability to work from home, and well, I really hate it when he does it on a day I have off if we haven't planned anything together. Like, you're cutting in on my me time.

Oh I agree...some days I'll come home and he'll be done with his work, just sitting on the couch with piles of dishes on the coffee table.

I've gotten that before too. And he'd throw clothes on me. And sit on my feet. After all that I feel like I might as well just wake up because I'm certainly not enjoying being in bed any longer.

FI is a teacher, so he has all summer off. I love that he's home all the time, but I hate that he's home all the time. His bachelor party is tomorrow and I'm looking forward to having some me time and not having to cook dinner.

Agreed!  I especially hate when he stays home on snow days with me and I either have a TON I need to do and he complains that I'm too loud, or I want to just veg and watch TV and he tells me to turn it off/down =(.

Ugh!!!! So FI leaves a huge mess. Stays out with his brother until about ten minutes ago. Walks in with a big box of stuff and declares that he is going to try to brew his own absinthe. *sigh* so if I disappear it probably means I died from badly made booze.

I'll try not to. Homebrew poisoning is not the way I want to go. He has been in there messing with it all morning. It freaks me out a bit because there is wormwood in absinthe and I'm pretty sure that isn't something you want to screw up.
