Well seeing as no one will really be able to see your shoes since you have a long dress I would pick whichever is the most comfortable. But out of the three the second is the most appealing to me, but I could be biased because it looks similar to my wedding shoes.

@SaraBrideSoon Thank you! I swear it was easier for me to find my dress then it has been for me to find shoes. I just want them all!!!

I'm leaning towards option 1 or 2 b/c I think I'd be able to wear them again for other events. All 3 are very comfortable though.

I like the second because it is simple.  You have an ornate dress, you don't need to go with a busy shoe.

I vote for number 2. It's simple and I feel like it'll go with other outfits easier than 1 or 3.
