Yup I took criminal procedure- adjudication with this guy. No one here has any idea what really happened. I feel bad for the almost ex wife and the two little boys. The law school is planning a memorial service in the fall when more students and faculty members are back. I will probably attend

This is really terrible.  He looks so happy in those pictures with his kids.  They are so young to lose their dad.

They are 3 and 5. Article said Wendi is distraught. I don't blame her. She's a super sweet woman. However, im aware of some rumors involving professor markel and female students that have been swirling around for a few years. Im hoping for Wendis sake that they are not true, but they may have implications with the case.

I think I've watched too many Law and Order and like shows. My first reaction was the wife. Not a robbery, specifically targeted, hit man-like. Those are normally close to home murders. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Not fair to jump to conclusions, but I'm not jumping on the 'poor wife' bandwagon just yet. I'm kind of Switzerland when it comes to her until more information comes out.
