Hopefully, we'll be able to have an outdoor ceremony, but we need a backup plan for the rain.
We were thinking of using the upstairs room in our venue, but it only seats 50 while we would like to have around 70 people there. Our venue coordinator recommended setting up a tent, but we don't have the budget for that, neither do we like the idea.
We're having a cocktail hour (more likely two) before the reception, and the main room easily seats 120, with two adjacent rooms where people can mingle. Do you think that with some shuffling around we could 'turn' the room after the ceremony? Is that feasible?
