Where should I get sizing beads for my engagement ring?

I am currently wearing a size 5 and it almost fits perfect. If I put on a 4.5 it is way to tight. Some days my ring fits perfectly, and other days it is falling off into somebody's groceries at work. I work service desk at a grocery store and also help bag. I would like to get sizing beads but I am not sure if I should have Zale's do it, which is where I bought my ring or go somewhere else. Do other jewelry stores size rings that have not been purchased by them?

I know that practically all jewelry stores have a little insert for your band to take up space but I'm not sure how convenient it will be to possibly be removing it and adding it several times a day based on how your hands are swelling.

Go in and ask at a store - my best friend got one for free where she bought her ring from. Maybe that's an option.
