I need a new scene. I love houses and fixing them up and would love to be able to make a career out of this. I'm thinking about getting my real estate license, but I'd much rather be taking sledge hammers to bathrooms. But I don't even know where to start! For those of you in the field- how did you get into it? Do you like what you do? And I don't mean to impose but uh... does it pay well?
