I bought a Clairsonic Mia 2

I've been considering buying a Clairsonic for a long time. With the way my skin has been lately and how bad it broke out when I had my engagement pictures I knew it was time. I don't want my face to be like this when I get married. Drugstore.com had a good deal that the Mia 2 was like 130 with tax AND I got this giant bag of beauty samples. I think I have at least 30 items to try out from mascara, shampoo, face wash, lotion and nail polish. I'm so excited to try this out.

I know some of you ladies have one of these. I just ran out of my previous cleanser, Olay Fresh Effects shine shine go away. I couldn't find it at target so I bought Neutragena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser. I have heard that the cleanser that comes with the Clarisonic is shit so I won't bother with it.

What cleanser do you use with your Clairsonic?

  • I use some orange cleaner. It smells nice. Not sure if it really works or not though

Your post made me feel funny, so I looked at your others.  You have an interesting way of working brand names into random conversations...

  • Quickly glancing at OP's posting history, I don't see anything funny.

I think if she consistently mentioned one particular brand it would be suspicious, but she's all over the place. I mean, why mention Hobby Lobby and Michael's together? They're kind of competitors. I think she just wants to be specific in her posts.

Also, I love Murad as a cleanser, OP. The one for sensitive skin has been the only thing that removes my makeup completely without making it feel tight or too dry. It's a little pricey, but as soon as I use up all of my other cleansers, I'm going to buy it.

I am probably just being paranoid :)  I did see that competitors were mentioned together, but something about the wording of the posts just seemed off somehow.  Whatever, like I said, probably just paranoid!

  • I use Neautragena Cleansing gel or whatever it's called. It's orange.
