FI and I are taking a mini-moon right after the wedding in Santa Fe. Neither of us have been and we are so excited! We will arrive on Sunday, October 19 and leave Wednesday, October 22. Has anyone been? What are the must sees?

 

We are total foodies and I am really hoping to have some awesome meals. I also really want to have some spa treatements. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

OMG Santa Fe is awesome! Definitely go see Taos, it's a short drive and is fantastic. When I was there I was doing a budget trip, so I didn't have any fantastic food, but I'm sure there is plenty of that. New Mexican food is some of the best in the world. Green hatch chilies are sooo good.

Toas is the oldest continuously inhabited community in the United States. It's a white-washed adobe town that was built between 1,000-1,450 AD. Very pretty. The Natives who live there are supported by the tourism, so there's a lot of artisans making beautiful pottery, jewerly and other art. And the fry bread is fantastic.
