Well people, I'm finally here in London. Glorious London, with all its red double deckers, tea drinking millions of people. I left Montreal heart broken. It was a hassle trying to sell all my furniture or giving it away and only my mattress and microwave were left behind. Was so happy to see FI again after 6 months. Feels like we never separated. The new flat is so nice and spacious. I'm quite happy with FI for choosing so well! We have a roommate for now and he's quiet and funny. Almost never there which is great. I made dinner last night for the three of us so we could get to know each other. Since I can't work on my present visa for 6 months, I'll play housewife for the time being. Taking care of everything house, I cleaned the place today (except roommate's room and bathroom) and will be baking a nice cake in a bit. Weather is so mild. I missed all of you and will try catching up. Shouldn't take too long since I will only have plenty of time on my hands to chat and explore this British land. Oh and back to some serious wedding planning I guess! How are all of you doing? Anything new?
