Ceremony officiant recommendations for SW Washington?

My wedding is August 2011 in Southwest Washington, just north of Vancouver. I am looking for  an officiant who is willing/able to do a non-religious ceremony. Anyone have any recommendations for officiants or any ideas of where I should look?

i called the clark county courthouse and they checked to see which judges were available and he emailed me.  All the non-church officiants seemed super expensive $400 as oppose to the $200 i'm paying the judge.
