Has anyone read this book? Ive heard mixed reviews and I wanted to see if any of you ladies read it and what you thought.

I tried - I couldn't do it.  The two lead characters annoyed me too much.

Loved it! It's quite cheesey, definitely has something of a Twilight-ness about it, but it's very well written.

I read the first one long ago, before the subsequent books came out. I enjoyed it. Now I need to go download the rest of them!

Yes, I really enjoy this series. Historical fiction is typically what I go for, so I enjoyed the historical elements. And of course there is a strong fantasy element but it wasn't over the top.
