This kind of goes along with the FI Brag Thread from earlier this week, but....
One of FI's friends is getting married soon, the wedding is 6 hours away and we are not going to be able to make it because we have another party we committed to going to that day. I see FI on Pottery Barn's website, and ask what he's doing... he says I'm sending a gift to (friends) because we can't make it to their wedding. I said, how did you know where they were registered? He said, I googled it. I said "well that's very thoughtful of you!" He said, "I mean it's just what you're supposed to do right?" I said, "yes it is".
FI is generally very thoughtful when it comes to giving gifts (receiving gifts and acts of service are his love language) but I was just so impressed with how he went above and beyond to find something the couple would truly like and appreciate. (Monogrammed towels from Pottery Barn btw). Anyway, just had to share! Happy Friday!
