Homemade gift ideas?

So FI and I decided to put $100 max on each other gifts and dumbly decided to also make each other something. I'm crafty I'm good at this kind of crap and yet I am at a total loss right now. I feel like Chandler on Valentines day, but I don't even have a crappy mixed tape to fall back on!

I just had to make a gift for someone and I made a homemade snow globe. Intead of a little statuette inside, I put a great picture of us together and put a bow around the cap of the jar (used a jar with some veggies that was almost finished in the super market. He loved it! There are lots of tutorials online of how to make them - and it's pretty easy. Do you knit? If you move quickly there's time for a hat or something! I'd get super fancy yarn, one of the cashmere/silk blends or something.
