Looking for Bridal Cape Pattern, please help finding one that looks like this picture!

I am intrested in making this shawl myself and I can't seem to find a pattern to match, if anyone knows where I can get one that would be great!

    This doesn't look like a tough pattern. It pretty much looks like a (more or less) flat piece that's gathered. Do you have a local yarn or knitting shop? I would go there and bring the picture, maybe they have some advice on how to measure and make this. Usually the ladies that work in those shops are gurus.
