Knot order on 12/2/14 never shipped!

Did anyone else place orders during the big sale The Knot had and never received their order? I've emailed and called and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone! I needed everything for a baby shower I'm hosting this week :( Anyone else have problems? How did you get it resolved? I'm tempted to dispute the charges with my bank for failure to send bought goods...

    Have you called their customer service number to find out the status of your order? That is probably the easiest way to get this resolved.

    My knot order took a long time to ship but it was still within the estimate they gave. Did they promise delivery by a certain date?

    Yep, was on hold for 10, almost 15, minutes before I had to hang up. I finally just got a hold of them... They said I should receive it on Thursday. I guess I'll see! 

    The order confirmation said it would ship in 3-5 days and then 6-7 days after that, so it's well past the window. Just frustrating!
