I saw a dress or two attributed to rosybridal.com on a recent buzzfeed post (http://www.buzzfeed.com/leonoraepstein/can-you-guess-which-wedding-dress-costs-more#.enKRR7LPw).

Google searching for reviews or other information does not yield many reliable looking results.

Does anyone have any experience with them? Good or Bad?

    Looks like a chinese knockoff site. Would not trust.

    The dress photo attributed to Rosy Bridal in that post is straight off the BHLDN website. Obviously it's a knockoff site, so probably not trustworthy at all. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.
