HELP-3 months to wedding and don't have bridesmaid dresses

My bridesmaids are all over the country. They decided to have knee length lace dark green dresses which I'm fine with it. We found dresses from dessy but unfortunately it says the process will take 12 weeks. 

I'm not sure what to do, I want them to buy something they like. It is really hard to find lace dress in my wedding color, should I just chose blush or ivory or smt for them. Those color lace dresses are even in forever 21 and macy's. 

Do you guys have a short delivery bridesmaid dress websites or shops for suggestion? Thank you!

So have them find another lace dark green dress. Or perhaps remove the lace from the requirement. Either way, they should be able to find a dress in 3 months. Just leave it up to them to get the dress. You don't need to facilitate if you give them "knee length, lace, dark green.".

agree with others on changing to knee length dark green and leave it at that. that will be easier than finding lace + green with a shorter timeframe

Is the problem that you can't find anything AT ALL, or you're worried about it being an official "bridesmaid dress designer," or you want them to match... because I found lots of dark green lace with about a 10 second search. Just let them choose any knee-length, dark green dress they like. If they want it to be lace and they find lace, awesome.

I honestly don't care where they got, only thing that I want is to find max $150-160, knee length dress.

 They decided lace and they chose dark green from my color selection which I am ok with it. 

I prefer them to have different style of dresses as long as they all have same color, length and fabric.

 I am afraid that if they order from different websites there will be lots of different shades of green. Unfortunately, I'm particular about dark green shade.

If you are truly doing "mismatch" bridesmaid dresses, then the shade of green doesn't matter as long as you specify that you want dark that way no one ends up in lime (not that I think anyone would). That's the whole point of letting them pick their own dress. 

If you feel really strongly about a specific shade of green then you would be better off picking a shade of green (David's Bridal "Gem" for example) and just letting them pick any dress in that comes in that specific color. It may mean giving up the lace, but they could all still wear different knee length dresses in the same color.

If you're particular about the shade, then that's probably why you/they are having trouble finding something. 

I even had trouble finding a silk/chiffon knee length dress in navy that I liked for my BMs (also wanted to give them different style options). Finding that in lace and dark green will definitely be a challenge. 

Compromise on something - either go outside the lace restriction or go outside the shade restriction. Or just pick one of the dresses posted above and have everyone wear the same thing. Get them different colored bouquets if you want them to have a little flair.

Did each of the BMs give you a budget (in private) and the lowest budget was $150 and that is what you are shopping under for?  You could pick a colour such as Tarragon from David's Bridal and have them each pick a dress in that specific colour as long as it is knee length or whatever you want it to be.  If they specifically want lace, OK, or you could pick another fabric such as chiffon. It might end up looking something like this:

You could also check out Alfred Angelo. I don't know what their cheapest is however I was on a time crunch, didn't go and get bridesmaids dresses until mid January and my wedding is April 25th. I had to pay for rush shipping but the dresses came in late February-beginning March. And my sister who ordered even later than the other 2 girls they quoted her dress to arrive the first week or 2 in April came the last full week of March.

Well unfortunately, under a tight timeline you lose some of the ability to be picky about matching shades of green. It's unlikely that you'll find multiple styles in the same material, off the rack.
