trouble uploading guest list

We were getting error for the guest list. Here's what we did. 

The document must be named Sheet1 and cannot have any formatting in the fields. 
Use the template and fill in your data. 
Then cut and paste the text from your list into a fresh xls without formatting.

    You're better off asking this on the Tech Help board. Better still NOT to use TK's tools as they are frequently glitchy.
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    Knot tools suck.  Their high level of suck is notorious. 

    I'd use something else...like Excel, word, hand-written lists.

    If you already have it in spreadsheet format, why do you need to upload it to TK?

    assume the knot will glitch up your info and you're better off using ANYTHING else
