Program wording honoring 3 deceased and 1 living grandparent

Both my fiance and I have lost all but one grandparent. My Grandma is going to be at the wedding but his cannot make the trip from Chicago. I need a way to recognize all our decesaed grandparents and his living grandmother (who simply cannot attend due to her health) without making it sound like his grandmother had passed. 

Any suggestions?

Add your living grandparents to the program.  And send one to grandma in Chicago after the wedding.  As for the deceased grandparents, we put a memorial section in the program as well.  Something along the lines of: We would like to remember our loved ones who cannot be with us here in person, but who are looking over us in spirit.  Then we listed H's dad and all of our grandparents.
