I'd never admit to being superstitious, but today has been awful! I got interrupted at least every ten minutes, had to field some weird, irrelevant phone calls, and generally deal with all-around incompetence. To top it off, I started something for one of my coworkers to finish while I was at lunch and came back early. I asked if he wanted me to finish it and he said that he would, so I worked on something else. He sent the work five minutes after deadline, and it was full of typos, despite the fact that my drafts were flawless. It's an hour later and I'm still fuming. I knew I should have skipped lunch.
ETA: I think I may need a dozen cupcakes.
