Onsite hair & makeup travel fee. Do I also tip?

I am having onsite hair and makeup for my wedding.
My MUA is charging $200 travel fee on top of services and my hair stylist charges $150 travel fee on top of her services.
Do I also tip?? If so, what is appropriate? Thank you!!!
