Wedding Woes

Preserving dress for a year due to coronavirus?

Hey everyone!
My wedding got postponed a year due to coronavirus (June 6, 2020 --> June 19, 2021). My wedding dress was already bought and delivered. How do I preserve it for a year? Do I even need to preserve it? Will it get moldy or yellow in that amount of time?
Any advice you guys have would be great!!
Thanks :)
Caroline

I just have my dress hanging in my closet in a garment bag, and it still looks like new.  I didn't do anything fancy to preserve it, and I've even worn it briefly since my wedding six years ago for an event.  I would think it might depend on the fabric though.  If it's silk, you might have to do something special to it.  Come to think of it, I have no idea what my dress is made of ...
