that's awesome! so are we! have you picked any other vendors? our caterer is a friend of ours and I'm going with Ashley Brockman to be my month-of coordinator. I haven't picked a florist or baker or DJ yet.

We havent actually picked any vendors yet. Is Darrin doing your photography too? We have a friend who is probably going to do our engagement pictures for us, and I've been doing research on someone else who may do the wedding. I also have someone who we will probably use to make the grooms cake. She may make my cake too, but I havent decided on that yet!

ugh, no, Darrin is NOT doing our pictures. I actually can't stand him, but if you like him, then kudos.I have an excel file with the research I did on Houston and CS based photographers, if you would like to look at it. all the photogs are of the photojournalistic style (Darrin's style is more classic and posed).

Oh I'm not really a fan either! He's just a little too strange for me!   I actually got a great offer yesterday from a friend of mine. She is going to pay for her cousin who doesnt live in town to do our engagement pictures as a wedding present to us. I havent picked anyone to do my bridal portraits or the actual wedding/reception.
