Wedding DJ and other odds and ends

Hi! This is my first posting. I'm hitting a wall and need some help. I live in Austin but am getting married in Magnolia. I have got the location, caterer, rental company, choosing a florist now, and still need a DJ and baker. The wedding will be in my parents back yard. So we don't need all the lights and flair I see in a lot of websites. We want to keep the DJ under $500. Does any body have any recommendations?Other recommendations I would love to have are for wedding cakes (I've got only one rec for Nutmeg) and hair stylist/nail salons (entire wedding party will be coming in from out of town so will need somewhere to go and get dolled up)! Thanks!

Celebrations and Sweet Creations.  I used them for our grooms cake and they are based in Magnolia. Do you have a big wedding party?  I know ItWillBePerfect took her bridal party to the Aveda Institute in the Woodlands for a spa day the day before her wedding.

Hi, Jen! For music, try DJ Phoenix, he travels and should be within your budget.  phoenix21289@ yahoo.com He did a great job for us and listened to all of our special requests, getting all the songs we wanted if he didn't already have them.  Good luck!

David light at Attic Productions http://www.atticproduction.com/html_ver/ He is young, a recent college graduate, but this is his full time business. His prices are probably unbeatable since he is new. I am friends with his fiancess, but I have only heard good things (I actually had him recommended to me by another friend and I was like hey I know that guy!) He is worth talking to.
