When ever we go somewhere and there is a person that parks horrible I issue an As* hole ticket.A little note that let's them know they should learn to park As*hole.

so today, the car in the picture was properly parked on the street, less than 18 inches from the curb.ANOTHER effing car was parked on the sidewalk. grrrr....
