I'm am so freakin nervous about my outdoor wedding! I live in Ohio and it  will be in September. I am so worried about rain because the last few months we have had some pretty crazy weather! AHhh...I just needed to vent!

I'm right there with you! I'm in Ohio as well and potentially planning an outdoor ceremony but I'm so terrified of the possible weather that I'm afraid to commit to it haha. But it's what I really want so I'm determined to suck it up and find a way to make it work.

September is a long way away. Since you have so much time left, make sure you have an indoor backup option and work closely to coordinate with your venue as the date gets closer.

I attended a September outdoor wedding here in the Midwest...and while it didn't rain, we froze our butts off. So just realize that anything can happen!

I am in Ohio n May and starting to worry too! Luckily, we have a backup plan. See if you can make one too!

Just make sure you have a back-up plan. Sucky weather can strike no matter your location or the month of the year. I completely understand worrying about it (ours was inside but we wanted outdoor pics and I weather-stalked like crazy!), but it is out of your control. If you can come up with a plan B that also makes you happy, you can hopefully worry a little less.

Absolutely have a back up plan. It rained buckets on our wedding day, and had our outdoor ceremony site not been covered, we would have been screwed. It's worth the extra money to make sure you have a back up plan and peace of mind!
