So FI and I went to the baker today. We got our price and i love it. $3.50 per serving is great. Also we booked our block for the hotel. I feel like a lil stress has been lifted!

We haven't done the cake testing yet...we will do that in a few weeks...we did try one of the cupcakes that was in the flavor we were looking at...almond ameretto....super good. We are getting are cake from Cakes by Jula in League City. It's close to our venue.

Are you getting a fondant cake? Bc at 3.50 a slice you should be. Buttercream should be cheaper.

It will be buttercream, but there is also detail going in on it. So I am happy with $3.50 a slice.

my fondant cake is like $5 per serving. and its just plain fondant.
