    1. not familiar with 2. try a hotel that you are booking for your night of or for your OOT guests.  what about your wedding venue.  or moody gardens or even a museum, some will let you shoot there but you have to ask first.

didnt use Hoffland - but i wanted to! Talked to him at the bridal extravaganza a couple years ago and he was so easy to talk to and get along with, but he was out of my budget at the time.

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE Hoffland Studios.  Maddy & Eric are WONDERFUL.  Their work is amazing.  If they would have fit into my photog budget I would have selected them.

He's psycho. Go to wedding wire and look at the reviews. He was also shooting a wedding about 3 weeks ago and was caught trying to steal a camera lens from the videographer (who was from Florida). I learned of this directly from this Extremley high end veiographer himself. The parents of the bride also had to tell him to go home if he couldn't conduct himself like a professional...He was always b!tching about something.

Dude- Please share who this high end videographer is.  I find it very hard to believe Eric or Maddie would do such a thing.

By the way Dude9- I'm pretty sure we established that you were a vendor yourself in September:http://houston.weddings.com/boards/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=62029766&forumid=121&PageIndex=1&MsdVisit=1

http://www.Rayromanfilms.com 15k videographer flew in additonal help from California as well. Eric actually told Ray he was not allowed in the brides parents home to shoot video. Eric also showed up at the wedding in cruches and shot the wedding sitting in the church pews. This is just a small example of what a jerk this guy is with other vendors and the lack of respect for the sanctity of the event.

yeah. We had problems with Dude9 not too long ago if I recall...hmmmI don't know of Hoffland Studios but went to their site and the photos are beautiful. They do have a blog that is password protecred titled "worst videographer award". Maybe it is referring to this situation??? There is two sides to every story.Way to call out that slander Shelly :)

Yea... obviously it's a vendor! Stumpsgirl:  If a bride from this board tells you something that is one thing.  Dude9 is not a bride, therefore if he/she is a vendor what they posted is very unprofessional and not allowed.  If you like the vendors work, please look into them and give them a fair shot.

I thought Dude9 was Bluestar video. Someone should let Hoffman studios know what this vendor is doing. I personally think Bluestar has chessy work but what's worse is all the alter egos this man makes and never makes any of them likeable or believable. Oh yeah his video make me dizzy too.
