I'm looking for a beach house rental or condo or suite that will fit 8-10 of us for my bachelorette party, anyone have any good recommendations of a place or even a particular beach in galveston to look at?

I'd pick the Sea Isle area if there's a house available that's big enough.  The marina is a lot of fun on Friday and Saturday nights.

We rented a house for our wedding/reception. It is on Jamacia beach. I really love that beach. We found it on vrbo.com

I have been looking to do the same thing but seem to be having a terrible time finding someone who will rent to us for our wedding/reception!  They all say NO PARTIES or EVENTS.
I've been up and down VRBO and practically have them memorized!  LOL  May I ask how big the house is?  Is it beachfront, second row, bay side etc ?  Do they have a restriction on # of vehicles permitted?  I would appreciate any information you could offer!

Have either of you tried to get in contact with a realtor... that maybe the best way to go... but not sure
