Looking for reviews on Pawtucket Country Club & Norton Country Club

Hi Everyone!

Just starting to look at wedding venues. Anyone know about the Norton Country Club in Norton, MA or Pawtucket Country Club in Pawtucket, RI?

Pawtucket Country Club is very nice, food & service are wonderful! It is also a 5 minute ride to a beautiful park for formal photos.

I think my parents got married at Norton Country Club in 1975.  They liked it!  My aunt also chose it for her wedding in 1990.  So if anything, they are experts!  :-)  The grounds are pretty, I remember the pics being nice.  Norton is a nice quiet area.

when is your date?  i thought ball room at pcc was small and kind of cheezy with all the fake ivy on top..

We are looking for next summer. No specific date set yet till we find a venue. Any suggestions?

My family actually belongs to the Pawtucket Country Club so I go to a ton of events there. If it wasn't for that I would have considered my own wedding there. They have a new outdoor terrace over looking the greens and a water fountain. Food is great also now that they have the old chef from L'epercurio restaurant that was on federal hill at one time. I looked at the Pawtucket Country club, the room was very small and the venue itself was not too impressive. We are having ours at the Wannammoisset Country club in Rumford. Its gorgeous! they just redid the whole room last fall, we got to see it before and after, absolutely stunning! Our Wedding is 7/9/11...and its great for a summer wedding! Julie the coordinator there is such a great help! Good luck....hope you find what you are looking for!
