The best place to ask is going to be your local board! They can tell you who to stick with and who to stay away from! I'm going to move this over there for you!

    Happy Planning!

We used B&M Catering (<--- clicky link) and we loved them. Food was fantastic (people still talk about some of the dishes they had) and the prices were the most reasonable we found for what we wanted. Sounds like they might be a good fit for your outdoor reception. Good luck!

We are using B&M too.  They are super budget friendly and so far the customer service has been great.  We're having an outdoor garden-style wedding in August.  We're using their "This Ain't Yo Mama's Traditional Wedding Menu", although they're really open to substitutions.  The leftovers from our tasting session were demolished by our relatives in literally 5 minutes, so I think we made the right choice!  I hear they are very thoughtful about packing food for the wedding party for while you are taking pictures and they box up leftovers for you to take or give away after the reception.

</div><div>This was our menu, too, but we substituted potatoes with onions for the pasta salad (our wedding was in October and pasta salad seemed a little to summery for us) and had cornbread in addition to rolls, which was a huge hit. The potatoes were awesome, too.</div><div>
</div><div>And, yes, we took home a ton of leftovers! They packed it all up for us and we were bringing steak tips, swordfish and that awesome Key lime chicken, plus veggies, potatoes and rolls to our friends and family the day after. </div><div>
</div><div>They also did set aside apps for us, which is awesome because there wasn't a morsel left after cocktail hour. We did little cups of clam chowder, bacon-wrapped scallops and sesame chicken skewers, plus the fruit display with yogurt. My husband's cousin is still talking about the scallops and people still say they wish they could have more steak tips and cornbread.</div><div>

We're using Blackstone and I honestly can't think of one thing I'd change about the food we've ordered or the service we receive from Karen.

From the very day we met her she has been wonderful! I'm sure she is incredibly busy particuarly at this time of year but she has a gift of making you feel like you're the only couple she's working with.

She has been very responsive, always helpful and friendly.  Of all the elements of our wedding planning, the food/drink was one I've not had to worry about and have complete confidence in her and her team. LOVED the food and presentation was great, I think we'll have very happy guests :)
