Tried on my Dress

tried on my dress yesterday and it zips up, but snug. I know you can take it out or the seamstress can if needed. I have 7 months to go and more determined than ever. I am thinking about a personal trainer at the gym. I have heard they are great with getting you in pretty good shape. Anyone ever tried them? Other than the dress being snug, I love it more than ever. I didn't take pictures yesterday, but it is called Zaran by Sophia Tolli. It makes everything more real once you try "your" dress on and not the sample. Let me know about the personal trainer if you have used them!

Congrats on getting the dress in :)  I can't wait to have that same "omg she's MINE!" feeling :)

A relatively easy way to shed a few pounds without necessarily going to the trainer is to cut out as much sodium from your diet as you can.  Salt causes water retention to maintain homeostasis, and the less salt you take in, the less water you body will retain.

On a scale from 1-10, how motivated are you to go to the gym?  Are there specific areas you want to work on, or just an overall body definition?  If your motivation is already high, google a decent workout circuit and stick to it as much as you can.  Or go to gym classes.  If your motivation is pretty bottom-dwelling or you have to work on a "trouble spot", then getting a consult from a trainer would be a good move.  I'd do that first and then decide on if you're going to get a trainer package rather than just dive into the PT sessions and burn through your energy (they'll pretty much kick your ass) and your wallet pretty quickly- especially if you want to do it for almost a year!

I joined the local gym today!  My fiance and I are going together.  I'm thinking of doing AM & PM workouts.  Plus I got on his plan--1 additional membership is only $26/month.  How could I beat that?

I'm also using SlimQuick Hoodia.  It really, really works.  First off, it makes you pee out all your extra water.  Second, it makes you feel really full.  I no longer have cravings.  And third, it gives you a little caffeine boost to combat the lack of energy the body gets when we cut caloric intake.  It's just the typical diet pill in modern packaging.  Target sells it for about $5 less then CVS.

Do you like sushi?  I eat sushi for at least 1 meal a day, if not 2!  Sushi is super low in calories and high in protein & omega 3s.  Stay away from the tempura rolls, because they are fried.  Most rolls are 200-450 calories.  Pair it with a salad and it's filling and healthy.

Thank you all for you suggestions. I know a personal trainer is expensive, but this is something I may try 2 months before the wedding. Actually I do love sushi and will try that more. I actually cut soda out of my diet all together and actually do not miss it at all. That was a huge thing! Will keep you updated. Thanks, don't know what I would do without your great advice!
