Does anyone have any recommendations for a DJ for my wedding? I've spoken with Flavio from yourblacktiedj.com and he seemed great - anyone hear any reviews on him? Thanks!!!

Never heard of him. Popular DJs that get mentioned a lot here are Victor from Party Time, Larry from Engagements, Jason from Music Mixers, several DJs from Moondance and ours, All4You.
