Looking for a Bilingual Officiant -any recommendations?

I'm looking for a Spanish Bilingual officiant and wanted to see if you recommend someone.  We're both Catholic and having an outdoor wedding at Vista West Ranch in Dripping Springs.  I know priest/deacons can't married you outside but we wanted to incorporate the lasso & coins in our ceremony.

We're using Chaplain Larry Todd. I don't know that he is bilingual, but he works with the Austin Wedding Chaplains and one of his partners might be bilingual or he might have a suggestion for you.
