Alright gals,
I could really use some help finding a venue. There will be around 250 people. My family is very large and there is really no one I can cut from the guest list. To be honest, I want to spend as little as possible on everything for the wedding (Max $10,000). Almost half the guest list will be from Austin and the other half San Antonio. So I was thinking anywhere between the two or in Austin. I would really like to provide dinner and open bar so suggestions on caterers or places that would allow us to bring our own alcohol would be awesome too. I have also considered having it at my parent's house (outside of Bastrop), but there are a lot of things that I would be worried about, like parking, bathrooms, rain (tents?), etc. So any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
