Who are you using for plate rentals? What was the average plate price? We are meeting Chef Steve tomorrow, and want to be able to compare to the prices that we might be able to rent ourselves. Also-- do you have to return them cleaned?

We'll probably go with Premier Party Central because they offer a 10% discount to TOT brides- you should ask if they'll offer it to you for Boulder Springs.
Their website shows you how much their rentals are: http://www.austinpartycentral.com/rentals_tabletop.htm

Chef Steve also has a company who he works with but you have to set everything up through the rental company. I'm about to send you an email of the Excel sheet "china calculator" he sent me. You just type in the number of each rental you need and it calculates the total price for you including all fees and taxes.

We've already bought silver charges, wine glasses, and napkins so we don't need to rent those.

I just priced mine at a rental company here that is doing my linens and overall price with the linens is about 1000. Ugh!! Wish it wasn't so much! Thank you.. I will look into that company.

We had our tasting yesterday! Everything was soooo yummy and I love how laid back Chef Steve is! We are going with him for sure. It was a ton of food as well. Not sure if you had the brisket with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce, but that was one of my favorites the entire day. He made homemade chips and salsa as well. We could not stop eating.

Awesome! Yes, we had the brisket and it was SO GOOD! We had a ton of food leftover that we took home from the tasting.
