Marriage License Questions

So we are getting married in Deptford but live in Philly and can't figure out how the license process will work. It says on the Philly site that a PA marriage license is not good out of state, and it says on the NJ site that if you are not a NJ resident your license is only good in the county you get married in. Has anyone dealt with this? I'm so confused. ::sigh::Thanks in advance!

Since you don't live in NJ, you need to apply for your marriage license in Deptford since that is where you are getting married.

I am in the same situation, I now live in PA but am getting married in NJ. I just talked to the person at the township last week and you apply for a license in the town you're getting married in. The pp is correct.
