I actually met up with him and I didn't like him at all.  He's young and new to the business as Angel has said.  I had asked him how long he has been shooting weddings and I don't remember the exact length of time but I can tell you it was very short which concerned me.  We thought the video was okay.  The thing that bothered us the most was that there were times when people would be in the way of the camera shot.  For example, when the bridal party and the bride and groom were making their way into the reception, the head of a guest was at the bottom of the screen the entire time.  My fiance and I felt that we wanted someone with a little more experience and confidence to know when to move to another position or to polietly ask the guest to move over.  The biggest thing that we didn't like was that at the end of the meeting we found out that the video he had just shown us wasn't even something he personally had shot.  It was someone he freelanced.  So we never got to see his talent.  We also didn't like the fact that he free-lanced that many videographers because if that's the case then each videographer has a different style versus someone who has videographers that work solo for them.  (Hope that made sense).   Lastly, when I asked if he would be the one who would shoot our wedding he told us he wasn't sure because his friend's son/daughter's 1st birthday might be the same day as the wedding.  I understand and didn't mind that he had something personal in his life that he wanted to be a part of and didn't want to work that day.  However, at the same time, I felt that it was unprofessonal.  I felt as though he should have said something along the lines of, "No, I might not be able to due to a prior engagement."

We personally did not like how inexperienced he was but then again that is our opinion.  His prices are great though.  Hope this helps.
