NWR: haircut? PIP

so as most of you know, i'm starting my first teaching job next month.  i really want to look the part because i've always been told that i look younger than i am.  i'm 23 now.  should i get a shorter haircut/better hairstyle?  my hair is curly, so i'm very afraid of a big change, but i know i need to do something so my hair isn't the same style as it was in high school anymore!take a look at the pic and give me your opinions!  i'm on the left.  TIA![IMG]http://i32.tinypic.com/29ntehi.jpg[/IMG]

I know this will be no help at all, but I like your hair! You do look a little younger than 23, but not 17 or anything. My vote would be to keep it!

I vote keep it! Just as long as you dress the part your hair won't make that big of a difference!

My vote is for keep it! My hair is kinda curly, but it just looks messy and ratty when its not straightened. I'm pretty jealous of your ringlets :-)
