I was wondering if anyone could recommend florists and bakers in the Morgantown area.

    Galloways Florist...Morgantown Florist-ask for Penny

    Lisa Myers in Uniontown is great for cakes

    Also, Nonna's in Suncrest

    I was going to say Lisa Myers in Uniontown also......Almost Heaven desserts is great too. Florist wise though I am not sure.....still looking into them!

    I know everybody usually goes to Bonnie Bell's in Clarksburg, or Bake n Memories in Bridgeport for wedding cakes. They seem to be the popular choice around here!


    Coombs Florist on High Street and Morgantown Florist on Spruce have always been very friendly, but I've never specifically used them for a wedding.

    Also - I've started a blog called http://www.wvbridesblog.com and I'm looking for any WV brides out there to contribute. It's fairly new, so I'm trying to build up some traffic for it and make it a useful website for us to share photos, advice, vendor recommendations, etc. If anybody wants to contribute, please do so!

    I'm using Galloways florist, and Nonna's cakes are amazing too!!!

    Just started my planning for next year.  Stopped into Elite Bridal and Events and they have some nice stuff.  I am using some unusual colors so I was looking for linens and also looked at some save the date's and invites.

    kellys florist in sabraton is awesome.
    Nonna's cakes are great!
    sweet water event rentals has pretty much everything
