AW - Wedding Jewelry - PIP

Hey ladies!  I wanted to share my wedding jewelry with you all.  It was given to me by my grandmother a few years ago.  The necklace was about twice as long at the time, but some of the pearl clusters had been damaged and were falling apart.  Also, I had lost one of the earrings.

So, I went to a local jeweler.  They were able to remove some of the pearl clusters from the necklace (including the damaged ones) and make a new pair of earrings from the clusters from the necklace.  I love it and think it will go perfectly with my dress!  What do you think??

Sorry this pic is blurry.

And a pic of the dress in case you forgot:

Now all I need are my shoes and something borrowed.  :)

I really like how unique that looks.

Are you planning to wear the whole set?  Because I would probably just do the bracelet and earrings (the necklace seems a little bulky to me) but you'll look gorgeous either way.

Hmmm, I think that all of the pieces are beautiful, but all together and with all the scallopy lace....I think it might be a little too much for my taste. I might go with either just the necklace or just the earrings. Or, go with the cluster earrings and a more delicate necklace or just the necklace and more delicate earrings.

I agree with Elle, I think the set is gorgeous but with the neckline of your dress the necklace may be a bit distracting.

Thanks ladies!  I was actually thinking the necklace might be a little much with the dress after looking at it.

I know I'm late to the party, but I just wanted to say that I love the set. I do agree with the PP, but depending on your hair for the big day, you might be able to pull it all off. I'd really have to see it though.

I thought this might be a factor as well.  I am trying to grow my hair out for the wedding.  I want to pull the top half back and the rest of it curled.

    Maybe something like this:

I actually disagree with PPs.  I think that since the necklace is closer to your neck, the bunches would compliment the lace scallops very nicely.  I would forgo the bracelet though.

Good point.  I did ask them to make the necklace that short so that it would be further from the neckline of the dress.

I guess I will just have to try the dress and jewelry on together and decide then!

Lovely!  I have nothing helpful to add but I think the bracelet would be too much
