Thank You & What's on the agenda??

I just had to take a minute this morning and thank you ladies.
I had posted yesterday in a bit of a P&R, not intentionally, but my cell gets ZERO service at school, and so I couldn't check it once I got there.

I responded back last night, and when I read the rest of the comments this morning, it literally brought tears to my eyes. I am very lucky and blessed to have friends like you. ^.^

My night didn't get any better, other than the fact my professor let us out a little early because the Tigers were playing the Yankees, and the class was half empty anyways. :)

Well, this is going to be another bit of a P&R, I have to get ready for my Friday morning meeting and then I'll be back to pop in when I have a chance. :)

I hope you all have a blessed and happy Friday!! :) What are your plans for the weekend?? Anything fun??

Alas, nothing fun for me.  I'm catsitting and holing myself up in a friend's house for 4 days so I can concentrate exclusively on homework so I can get my stuff done.  I have so much to do this semester. :(

Aw, we <3 you too Irish.

I'm headed out shortly with Mom for a day of shopping.  I need new jeans, some new sweaters, gym clothes, running shoes, some new cute tops...the works basically.  :)  I think my major goal though is jeans and running shoes.  My toes currently go numb when I'm running and I think it's due to crappy shoes.  And I only have one pair of jeans that don't make my butt look saggy.  It's a travesty.

That is a travesty! But then again, I'm a jeans hoar. I could live in my jeans. I'm VERY grateful my job allows me the luxury to wear them every day if I am so inclined :) However, I DESPISE shopping for them. My issue? They'll be a little loose in the store, I get them home and wear them - totally falling off my asss. If they're a little snug (creating a little muffin top)? I get them home thinking they'll stretch? Nope - still just as snug... *sigh* The downside of having hips and an asss.. LOL

I made the rather catastrophic mistake of writing down everything I thought I should get done over my four-day fall break to prevent a complete meltdown in another few weeks.

...let's just say that I wanted to cry after I looked at the list.

Here's to powering through and graduating....

@Peek.  I need new running shoes too.  I've given up on ever finding a pair of jeans that are attractive. I settle for "not alarming." It's the curse of having hips that are two sizes larger than your waist.

Aw Ry!  We love you hard!  <3

My weekend isn't very exciting.  I am having dinner with my parents tonight.  I think we are going to talk about wedding stuff which means my dad got a job! YAYA!  So finally I can get on that.  I was really starting to freak out because we are only like  7 months away.  But the rest of the week will be homework and working.  I know so fun.

    let's see...

tonight H and I are going to make some homemade pizza, go rollerblading, and then watch a movie.  I might make some kind of apple or peach crisp or something...  just sounds REALLY good!

tomorrow I'm going to the farmer's market with my mom, then to a lingerie shower, and in the evening we have our Spanish services.

Sunday will be extremely busy!  we have our morning services, and then we're helping out at a 3 pm service across town (about a 1 hr drive), and then 5:30 we have a choir rehearsal.

Monday is a day off!!  I think we're going to go and get a few more things off our registry that we need (before our 90 days are up!) and look at getting a decorative glass door to put in front of the wooden door.  and I might be able to talk him into going to a pumpkin patch to get some pumpkins and mums for the front porch.  and our weekly grocery shop.

plus I have an insane amount of cleaning to do this weekend.  fun stuff!
