Even though Insanity is done, I still need accountability. I only managed one run on vacation (in beautiful, rainy, cold Prague), but I thought a lot about what's next for me. I plan on running the PF Chang's Rock'n'Roll half marathon here in Phoenix in January, and may do another half in February.
The big goal, however, is a full marathon in April. Since I know we want to start trying to get pregnant next summer, I want to get the marathon in before that. I'm going to go work on my calendar to see how I can fit it all in. For example, I do NOT want to have to do an 18 mile run the morning of my wedding!

Today, I woke up at 2:30 am. I laid in bed for two hours, then got up, went for a 2.5 mile run and did the 30-minute Insane Abs. So I feel like I'm starting the day off well. How are you all doing with your fitness goals?
ETA: I managed to gain ZERO pounds on vacation! While I only did one run, we did a LOT of walking, so I think that balanced out all the beer, wine and food!
