Hi ladies! Today was Pure Cardio + Cardio abs. I only skipped one exercise (as opposed to two the last time I did this sequence). The burpees kill my back, so I skip them...
I felt really good today, only took a couple super short water breaks. I'm feeling stronger, even if I'm not seeing the results I want just yet. Though we had friends over yesterday and they told me I was looking more muscular... yay! Patience is a virtue, right?
