Outfit advice again, please. - UPDATED with PIP

My 2nd interview today went very well!  I wore the gray skirt with the black jacket and felt great!

My 3rd interview is on Friday and is with a woman who has worked for the company for 16 years.  I am *hoping* this will be the final interview and I'll get an offer afterward.

So, what should I wear??  I want to look professional, but also stylish.  I saw a pic of the woman on Linked In and she is super pretty and polished looking.  I am thinking about going shopping tomorrow.

Or should I just go with the same boring black suit I wore to the 1st interview?

I was thinking wearing a skirt on this interview might not be the best idea since it's with a woman.  Thoughts?

ETA:  I could wear the black skirt I posted pics of with the same black jacket I wore today with different shoes and shirt?  I have a pair of gray peep toe pumps that I love.  I could get a gray shirt to match.  Would that work?

    This lady sounds stylish. :)

I say wear the black suit with a new colored blouse- something that would really pop. And some fun new accessories. I love when an outfit says...I'm conservative and professional...but fun and innovative at the same time.

I also really like stuff like this:

I think some color says "confidence."

I don't think you have to avoid wearing a skirt because you're interviewing with a woman. The skirts you posted previously were both interview appropriate IMHO. I loved the black skirt with the black jacket (and blue/purple shirt) that you posted previously. Grey shoes would look shark with that or with another grey shirt...or white. If your interviewer is stylish, perhaps consider dressing up the outfit with a nice necklace? Sometimes a bit of a pop around your neckline does the trick!

Okay, so I went shopping and found a couple of things I like.  Which do you like best?

I really like how feminine this look is, but don't know if the dress is too tight for an interview.  I would wear my pearls with it.

Eh, but with fun white and black heels.

These pants are nice.  They're gray with a black striped plaid type pattern.  But I think I would wear this with the pink blouse in the picture above.

I like #2 the best for an interview.  I love outfit #1, but it just doesn't scream "interview" to me.  but you should definitely wear it after you get (fingers crossed!) the job.  :)

I know.  I was going to buy the pink shirt in red, but decided it's just not my style.  How about this?

Do you have like a red, purple, dark blue type top? I agree with PPs -- I'd go with the pants and a brighter top.

You look GREAT in all of those outfits, though, so wear what YOU feel most confident and comfortable in!
I know this might sound really stupid but I think red is a color to avoid for an interview. I think it really evokes responses as a color for people. It seems almost -- too angry, too bold. I've heard that blue is a great color to wear for an interview. Do they have a similar shirt in a bright blue, or could you wear that other blue shirt you posted before?
    Posted by LivLeighton
I was kind of thinking the same thing about red.  I don't ever wear it.  That shirt comes in lavender:

Or I could wear the blue sweater I posted a picture of.

If you can find that last shirt in the purple color, I would go with that and the pants/jacket.

The current shirt is too...  I don't know.  It does not seem appropriate for an interview.  However, that might be my East Coast talking.

I also would wear simpler accessories.  Too much going on.  The necklace and bracelet do not seem polished.  I would not wear a bracelet at all but I tend to gesture and I feel like the bracelet would be distracting.

What type of job is this?  Sorry that I am behind the curve.

Mutley - I am going to go in the morning and try to find the last purple shirt.  I think it will look nice with the gray pants.  I usually wear simple accessories.  I will probably just wear some stud earrings and a watch that I wear daily.

    It's a sales position I'm interviewing for.

Thanks everyone for your advice!  I truly appreciate it.

I do like the necklace and braclet, just not for an interview.

I think that pearl studs and your watch are perfect.

And also be a creep and ask where in South FL are you? You can PM me if you want. Or if you don't want to answer at all because I'm being stalkery that's fine too LOL. I'm going to be in Miami in 3 weeks which is why I was asking :)
