Not Engaged Yet

I survived

barely.

Flying on Thursday was horrible.  I will spare you the details.  Even the stewardess felt horrible for me.

My mom and I spent all day Friday prepping for the shower.  I woke up at 7am (4am PST) and didn't go to bed until after midnight.

Saturday was the shower.  It went very well.  The bride loved it, so that is great.  By the end, I was dead tired but had to continue on.

Saturday night was the bachelorette party.  I lasted until 2am but it was rough for me.  Everyone had fun though.

Sunday, I crashed.  It was horrible.  I am now on anti-nausea/vomitting meds.  Cry I couldn't wait to get home.  I think I will be recovering all week.  I am dusted and then some.  Hoping the meds are temporary.

Some of my DIY projects.  I forget to take pictures of several.  Oh well.

Yay! You made it back! That DYI is so cute, I'm a little disgusted on the inside. Why are you just now getting the anti-puking meds? I figured you would need those the whole time. But yay, it looks like you are three months today, so hopefully you start to feel better!

Yay! I'm glad you made it thru the weekend, Mutley.  That DIY stuff is fantastic - can I hire you when the time comes? haha

I hope the meds help out a bit.  Get some rest so we can have our stabby, un-medicated Mutley back soon:)

Awww, glad to hear you (somewhat survived). I was thinking of you on Saturday (threw rickylee's bachelorette this weekend!) and was sending you telepathic good Knottie vibes.

Eek sounds like a miserable weekend! You are a heck of a pal to pull through with all of that while you were obviously feeling like crap! Get some rest this week.

Glad you made it through without any additional drama!  And I agree with everyone else, the DIY is amazing (but I would expect nothing less from you after seeing your wedding).  :-)  Feel better!

Freaking adorable. I hope you feel better soon. This can't be any fun.

PS. I hear that there are pregnancy pops out there @ Motherhood Maternity or Childrens Place. My friend said they cost $5 and have helped her TREMENDOUSLY.

I feel a bit better today.  I slept through most of yesterday.  Then, I went to bed around 7pm and woke up 45 minutes ago.  Yes, that is 8am where I am at.  Only 13 hours of sleep.

Preggie pops don't work for me.  Well, they work but the relief only lasts 3-5 minutes.  Not worth it.  One more week until I am in the 2nd tri, so I am hoping that brings me energy and sends my m/s away.  Supposedly, the 2nd tri is the best.  We'll see.
