Stop eating posts TK!!!!

Seriously.  I've over it.

ETA:  Or, I'M over it.  Geez, the least I could do is type correctly when I'm making complaints!

Re: Stop eating posts TK!!!!

  • ME too.

It didn't used to be like this. At least I don't remember it happening in 2011.
  • I posted about it yesterday ironically it ate my post.....

  • Is TK actually eating posts? The last time I had this error the posts still showed up in my "post" section so I could still link back to them. They just weren't displayed on the main page.

Also which posts are missing? I don't see any missing posts since the last time it ate them. Well, I don't see Danser's post... but everything else seems to be there. Maybe I can link to them... as long as TK doesn't eat them in the meantime...

  • Well at least one of mine is missing . . . I posted last night about the RIDIC $515 clutch from BHLDN and how overpriced WR stuff can be.  I've seen it disappear and reappear 3 times so far.  And this current post is the same say - I posted it last night after TK at the post about the clutch.  Then, this morning, it was gone.  Now it's back and the other post is gone.

Hmmmm . . . TK, is this personal?  Do you only want me to start one post per day?  What's the deal?
  • yea I don't see that other post meg.

I seriously think you add wedding to the beginning of anything and it automatically tacks on several hundred dollars.

Ex- I'd like to have photographs taken of my boyfriend and I for a few hours on a Saturday night at a party.  Ok $1000

I'd like to have photos done for a few  hours of my husband and I on Saturday our wedding day.  Ok $3500

Exactly! I was looking into a caterer and I said "party for 150-200 people" and they quoted me $13.50/plate. When I went to meet them in person they saw my ring and asked if it was for a wedding. I said "Yes. Why?" They said their prices for a wedding were higher, to the tune of $28.50/plate for exactly the SAME thing I was quoted $13.50 for. I asked them why the price difference and they said "There is a higher risk with weddings." Okay, that's fine, I don't have to go with them, but it really makes me think that people use "wedding" to increase profit. I guess they assume people are willing to spend more because it is a wedding.

    Wow that really sucks.

I'm obviously not planning anything I just made that assumption based on my friends' planning experiences.
